Terry was very reliable, returned calls, rang before coming at early notice in a peak emergency time after floods. Diagnosed and fixed very tricky problem. Cheerful, excellent communicator. Efficient and trustworthy; no time wasting. Has become my "go to" electrician for both small and large jobs. Very reasonable rates.

Terry's work is tidy and carefully thought out. He presented me with options for varying budget and aesthetic outcome so I could decide a preferred option and knew what I was signing up for. He cleverly repositioning of an internet port, phone line, moved light switches, replaced a broken extractor fan and uncoupled down light switches. His previous life as a builder meant he knew what to expect in trailing wires through ceilings and walls, navigating insulation and beams without making any new holes in my walls or ceiling. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to deal with.
